The Old Mill Tea rooms, is one of the most tradational tea rooms, in Dawlish. The cafe is family run, and serves, breakfasts, drinks, and light lunches. You can sit inside or on the small courtyard where the water wheel is. The water wheel was restarted by a lot of hard work and donations and is one of the only original waterwheels in full working order.
